How many pieces of luggage I’m permitted?
Must of the airline allow you to take 2 pieces of no more than 50lbs and a carry-on of no more that 35lbs. Extra luggage may be permitted by the airline at an extra cost.
Can I bring extra luggage?
Yes, you can. Airlines will charge an extra fee for each luggage you bring.
How can I pay for my trip?
We accept all major credit cards, cash, or check. If paying by cash or check your package will not be booked until the check has cleared. Please get all checks to us about 48 hours before your payment due date or deposit deadline.
How much is the penalty fee?
Reticketing and Cancel fees are typically $200
When can I cancel my reservation if I’m not traveling?
You must cancel or change your reservation at least 24 hours in advance from the date of departure. If changes are not done within the time limit the ticket will not have any value and can't be use.
Is my ticket refundable?
Must of the tickets are non-refundable. Unless you purchase an unrestricted airline ticket.
Can I purchase insurance for my trip?
Yes it is strongly advised that you purchase the travel insurance for your tip. You can add it to any package starting at about $79 per person.
What type of information I need to open a frequent flyer account?

How may I obtain a frequent flyer number?
Contact any airline and they will be more than happy to set you up with their frequent flyer club.
What is a frequent flyer number?
A frequent flyer number is the account number that the airline of your choice provides you to accumulate miles every time you travel.
How can I earn a free airline ticket?
After you travel a certain amount of air miles the airline company will issue a free ticket- the number of travel miles needed to earn a ticket differs between carriers.
Could senior citizens obtain discounts?
Unfortunately senior citizens do not have any discount anymore.
Could I change the dates or destination of my ticket?
The ticket has to be unused in order to change destination. Depending on the type of ticket you have you can change the destination.
Can a minor fly unaccompanied?
Minors between the ages of 7-12 years old could travel alone with an escort service offered by the airline of your choice. There may be an extra charge by the airline. For connecting flights, they are allow to travel only on an early flight and it has to be at least one or more flights after the one they are flying.
On International flights do I need to pay departure tax?
Yes. Most countries charge a departure tax at the airport on the day you are returning home and it has to be paid in cash.
Can I travel with a one-way ticket to any country?
If you are not a citizens of that country you can not travel with a one way ticket. You need to have round-trip ticket.
What types of documents are required to travel?
For a domestic flight at check in a government ID is required. For international flights passport is needed, and a visa. So, please be advised to check if you need a visa for your destination. Our agents are not responsible for information regarding visa or passport requirements.

Does the airline allow name changes on airline tickets?
Name changes are not allowed in any circumstances. Once the ticket is issue the name can't be changed.

When should I make my booking?
The earlier the better, once the lower priced airfare is sold out, the prices will continue to go up.
Is it safe to travel off the resort?
Depending on the city you are visiting, it will be very safe to travel off the resort. Make sure you stick to touristy areas and always go with a group. Most resorts will have organized city/shopping tours where you can visit the city with a bigger group of travelers.
Should I worry about eating off the resort?
Eating off the resort can always be tricky. If it is a popular restaurant in a resort town you may or may not have any issues. If you try eating at a favorite local “Taco Truck” 9 times out of 10…you will find yourself stuck in your room for the next 24 hours. If you have a sensitive stomach, try taking some Pepto-Bismol once a day, each day before your trip for about 5 days. This helps coat your stomach.

How does your service work?
You give us the details of your trip…dates of travel, how many people traveling, how many rooms you need, age of travelers, how many nights you want to stay, where you are departing from, where you want to visit, and what your budget is. Then we use our numerous years in the industry to put together the perfect travel packages personalized based on your preferences.
Can someone else take my place on the trip?
If you are booking a hotel or resort package only you can have someone take your place. We will have to rebook your package at the most current price so you could see an increase or decrease in the price.
If you have airfare attached to your booking your package is non-transferable. You will not be able to have someone take your place.

Where do I get a passport application?
Most Post offices have the passport applications.
Do I really have to worry about drinking water on my trip?
All of the resorts we use will service filtered water and Ice…do not for any reason, drink out of the sink in your room or on property. Make sure you are drinking bottled or filtered water.
